REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and sealed in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase plus photographs.

Bio Cliniq Ltd. will exchange or reimburse the cost of product (freight not included) for any item returned within 30 days. There will be an applied restocking fee of 25%. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Exceptions to this return policy include custom-ordered items (for which no returns are accepted). All returns must be unopened, not expired and in salable condition. All returns must be prearranged with Bio Cliniq Ltd. customer service department.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@biocliniq.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

No damaged or products with issues will be accepted unless photographed and evidence submitted with your damages and issues notification.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as face masks, serums, pump/spray items), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty and skincare products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened items, used or mishandled, and negligence in storage.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. International orders might be rejected for exchange.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (shipping charges are not included). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Any dispute that arises between Customer and Bio Cliniq Ltd. concerning these terms and conditions or any other aspect of their relationship shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales without regard to conflict of laws provisions applying the laws of other jurisdictions. In addition, both Customer and Bio Cliniq Ltd. hereby irrevocably consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction by the U.K. Court, and agree that any lawsuit arising from or any matter connected to any dispute between the parties or the interpretation or enforcement of these terms and conditions shall only be prosecuted in U.K. Courts. Attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by Bio Cliniq Ltd. in connection with any legal action or proceeding with respect to the collection of any invoices which are in arrears shall be the responsibility of Customer.

Customer will be charged £45.00 by Bio Cliniq Ltd. for any check of Customer that is returned because of insufficient funds in Customer’s account.

Bio Cliniq Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw credit terms (if any) granted to Customer or to change the credit terms and credit limits at any time at its discretion.

WARRANTY: BIO CLINIQ LTD PROVIDES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ON THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS TO CUSTOMER, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. BIO CLINIQ LTD. WILL, HOWEVER, PASS ALONG TO THE CUSTOMER ANY MANUFACTURERS’ WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS NOT MANUFACTURED BY BIO CLINIQ LTD..

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES: Customer’s sole remedy, and Bio Cliniq Ltd.’s sole liability for non-conforming goods rejected as provided herein, shall be limited to replacement of the products or, at Bio Cliniq Ltd. option, refunding the portion of the price of such non-conforming products paid to Bio Cliniq Ltd.. In no event shall Bio Cliniq Ltd.’s liability for claim, loss, costs of damages relating to any products shipped, stored, sold or delivered hereunder, exceed the purchase price therefore, nor shall Bio Cliniq Ltd. be liable for any loss, charge or damages resulting from its inability to procure any products ordered by Bio Cliniq Ltd. or for delays or failure to deliver products hereunder. IN NO EVENT SHALL BIO CLINIQ LTD. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PROVISION OF A SUPPLEMENT OR OTHER DOCUMENTS, WHETHER ARISING UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, STATUTE OR OTHER FORM OF ACTION, EVEN IF BIO CLINIQ LTD. HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF.

All orders for purchases of products shall be subject to acceptance by Bio CLiniq Ltd.. The terms and conditions stated herein shall apply to all product purchases and no terms or conditions additional to or different from those stated herein, oral or written, purporting to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale, whether contained in Customer’s purchase order or elsewhere, shall be binding on Bio Cliniq Ltd. unless made in writing and accepted in writing by Bio Cliniq Ltd..

Bio Cliniq Ltd. does not guarantee the accuracy of the HCPCS codes, FDA approvals and is not responsible for claims or liabilities that may result from the use of this information. It is Customer’s responsibility to consult HCPCS coding guidelines and FDA approvals to ensure the correct codes and certifications are submitted.
